Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused & Unwashed – Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags.
Wrong Item or Defective Product? – If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or customized items
• Perishable goods (e.g., dog treats, food)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
• Email us at contact@puffadoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the Item
• If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
Return Shipping
• Wrong or defective item? We cover return shipping.
• Changed your mind? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Processing Time
• Refunds are issued once we inspect the returned item.
• Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know! Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
