Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time:
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Time:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Note: Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50! For orders below $50, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Expedited & International Shipping: Rates vary and are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package in real time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
• Lost Package? If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early). If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at contact@puffadoo.com and we’ll assist you.
• Damaged Order? If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your package.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (additional shipping fees apply).
